The Pemberton Real Estate Market Outlook

Every day we seem to see more and more people interested in learning more about the real estate market in Pemberton and who can blame them. Pemberton is what Whistler was 30 years ago and it has an unbelievable future unfolding before our eyes. We see more and more young families moving to Pemberton because they can afford to invest there and they see that Pemberton has a number of things to offer them and their families as both the town and their families grow.

When you are looking for real estate in Pemberton you can expect to find one-bedroom condominiums starting at $215,000 and two-bedroom condominiums and townhouses starting at $280,000 and up. As you get into the three-bedroom condominiums and townhouses you can expect to pay about $265,000 for an older building and the newer units are starting at $325,000.

If you are looking for a single family house in Pemberton, they start at $550,000 and go up from there. Many of the single family homes have suites in them which are excellent mortgage helpers especially for families that are just starting out. If you’re looking for a home and acreage Pemberton is definitely the place to consider. At the present time there are a number of fantastic acreages available for sale ranging in price from $550,000 all the way to $6 million.

Pemberton has a little bit of everything for everyone in various price ranges and the future looks incredibly bright for this town. The Pemberton Music Festival brought over 40,000 people into town for the inaugural event in 2008. This was a world class event with some of the biggest headliners in the music business packing the fans in. Big Sky Golf and Country Club is also in Pemberton. This is one of the best golf courses in Canada and it is situated at the base of spectacular Mount Currie. The new Community Center has just opened in Pemberton which serves as a multi-task building and holds access to everything from a gym to meeting rooms and a first class library.
